App Store licence

Draft for the public release. Not yet in force.

The App Store version of Orage is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. No separate custom app licence is proposed. The licensor is [Publisher legal name and address], currently Axel Rock acting as an individual. This field must identify him and his legal business address before publication.

The Orage Terms of Service supplement that software licence for the connected cloud service. They cover:

• Orage accounts and your own ChatGPT, Claude and other provider accounts.
• Authorized repository work, acceptable use and cloud computer limits.
• Your ownership of code and output, and our limited right to process it to run the service.
• Private and beta access, future subscriptions, cancellation and refunds.
• Your rights to the music you play and the limits set by music providers.
• Service termination, lawful liability limits, changes and dispute rights.

The Privacy Policy explains data handling and optional permissions. It does not replace Apple's licence or turn licence acceptance into consent for optional AI processing.

Apple's standard EULA governs the App Store software licence if a supplemental service term conflicts with it. Mandatory consumer rights remain in place. Apple's purchase and refund rules apply to App Store transactions. Orage remains responsible for its own service duties.
